I would recommend against using the foam ear plugs as they will make you less able to hear what's going on around you otherwise a great choice for listening to music or making calls

Pretty good. Used for a 3 hour bike ride with no issues. Obviously not as good as in-ear earphones but gets the job done.

Bongsong is fast and affordable.
You'll have to listen to the sound quality to know, but it seems like it would be good to listen to from outside.

I didn't like it, it doesn't fit well in the ear.
